About Tiffany
Tiffany is a first generation college graduate who grew up in a small town 100 miles northwest of Chicago. She attended Illinois State University and received a Bachelors of Science in Human Resource Management. Her career started when she was sixteen years old working in retail and food service where she built an impeccable work ethic and determination to get things done. After graduating college, Tiffany moved to the nearest big city, Chicago, to start her professional career and expand beyond rural Illinois.

She started her career in sales as an Account Executive at Schneider Logistics where she had to make 85 calls a day and have 2 hours of documented talk time. Although she was hitting her metrics, she realized her real passion was the people, not the products that made business successful - and that’s when Tiffany's HR career began!
Since 2011, Tiffany has worked for digital marketing agencies with 15 - 21,000 employees where she worked in Talent Acquisition and HR. She has successfully scaled a business from 20-50 people, built and developed systems, expanded a company globally into Mexico, Canada, and the UK, and oversaw a global HR department.

Along the way she completed Leadership’s Calling, a comprehensive leadership learning experience, and Emotional Intelligence training with The Junto Institute.
Tiffany believes success comes from a growth mindset, a curiosity to try new things and being willing to fail. After all, we usually learn most from our failures anyway.

When she's not immersing herself in the world of HR, you'll find Tiffany relishing precious moments with her family, lost in the pages of a good book, pedaling away on her trusty Peloton, or even adding a splash of color to life with Olive and June. For an extra dose of empowerment, she joined the amazing "Ladies Who Lift" crew, and she's constantly refining the art of unwinding and letting go.
